Sonu Sood has become the new superhero for everyone ever since he has started helping migrants reach home. With the help of state government, the Paltan star arranged buses for all the migrants who were stuck here amid the nationwide lockdown due to the Coronavirus. The migrant workers and labourers are amongst the worst-hit section of the society, who are striving hard to reach out to their family. As the train/bus services are shut and there is no other option left for these migrants, Sonu Sood turned Messiah for all of them. 

As Sonu Soon continues to trend on social media, he recently sat for a conversation with journalist Barkha Dutt, digitally. Sharing the grab on her Twitter account, Dutt wrote, “Welcome to my 'Studio' Day 71. Somewhere between Karnataka and Kerala I stop at a petrol pump to talk to my two favourite Punjabi Boys, heroes of this moment, @SonuSood and @TheVikasKhanna. And we laughed a lot and we all need that. Yes a petrol pump. Coming soon to @themojo_in”

Re-tweeting the same, Sood expressed his happiness to be a part of it and wrote, he ‘can’t wait’ for the episode to air soon. Commenting on the same a user wrote, “The super heroes of our times... Their stories people will tell their children and grand children... Well done guys @BDUTT @SonuSood @TheVikasKhanna”



While another said, “real life hero sonu sood sir i am big  fan of you sir so sir plz reply once god will always keep you and your family happy.” Sonu Sood has sent over 750 workers in around 20 buses to Karnataka and UP.
